Fred Duncan is an Author, Presenter, and Performance Coach. He has written 2 books and his work has been featured in multiple peer-reviewed journals and over 30 magazines including Men's Fitness and Muscle & Fitness. He is the owner of Fred Duncan Performance Training.  Fred has trained professionals across all of the major sports and has had countless athletes go division 1.
