19| Aaron Albert: The Emotional Inaccessibility Problem, Giving Language to Feelings & Social Media

Mallory Reilly Season 2 Episode 7

Today we interview Aaron Albert, cofounder of Mine'd- a digital community that connects people to emotional wellness experts for daily live
and on-demand coaching in relationships, career, self love, and
more.

Not only do we have an important conversation advocating for mental health but may make you laugh a bit in the process!

Aaron shares his story and sheds a light on the mental health inaccessibility problem.  The high cost of therapy and the long wait time to book appointments is just part of the problem. Aaron discusses how most people never learned the language to label their emotions and don't have a community to celebrate what they feel, navigate those emotions and enjoy the ups and downs of life.

This is why Aaron is passionate about social emotional health and giving access to human connection through technology.
