Marlon received his Bachelor's Degree in Biology from St. Peter’s University (formerly known as St. Peter’s College) and been a practicing coach and trainer for a decade and is certified in a multitude of governing certification programs such as Strongfirst Level I and II and USAW among others. He is passionate about teaching people to use their bodies whether to move heavy weights or just enjoy the tasks of daily living without fear or self-doubt. He continually sharpens his skills by attending various courses and mentorships from learning how to swing a kettlebell to a course about being a listener.
