Please welcome today’s guest Amber Edwards. Amber is an Occupational therapist MS OTR/L, strength coach, and is a podcaster herself on the Reaching Your Potential podcast. Amber’s OT specialty is working in rehabilitation with the geriatric population. When Amber is not working in home health care and at grade schools coaching track, she is a trainer in NYC. 

Amber is an athlete herself -a 3x NCAA DIII national qualifier and 2x DIII all-American in the 60m and 100m hurdles and currently has a passion for kettlebell training and inspiring others to lead fit and thus healthy lives.
