Milo has been an athlete all his life. He was a swimmer and earned a scholarship to pay for his bachelors swimming for Institute Of technology of Monterrey in Mexico and eventually swam for Mexico. After some time working in corporate, in 2008 he moved to Singapore. Fate led him to coaching for Singapore. When he returned to Mexico he cofounded EVEN, his endurance training platform with his business partner Roman Olivera.

Lacee discovered kettlebell training in 2013; working with bells not only changed her body, but her entire career trajectory. She now helps clients build strong bodies with kettlebells, barbell and bodyweight training. She has earned numerous advanced kettlebell certifications through StrongFirst and RKC. Lacee is especially passionate about educating women on the benefits of using kettlebells.
